El domingo 3 de abril se inaugura una exposici\u00f3n sobre la obra del artista Josep M. Mir\u00f3 i Rosinach (1925-2007), promovida por el Grup de Recerques de les Terres de Ponent (GRTP) como homenaje y recuerdo a un pintor muy arraigado en la Segarra. Comisariada por su viuda, Josefina Magri\u00f1\u00e0, y Miquel Torres, presidente del GRTP, podr\u00e1 verse hasta el 26 de junio.<\/p>\n
Josep M. Mir\u00f3 naci\u00f3 en Barcelona. Su padre era de Els Omells de na Gaia y su madre de Mald\u00e0, pueblos donde estuvo muy vinculado desde la infancia. En una entrevista que en 1999 le hizo el arquitecto de Les Pallargues Josep Mora, para la revista de Es Plans de Si\u00f3 Coses Nostres<\/em>, le preguntaba qu\u00e9 ten\u00eda la Segarra para que un barcelon\u00e9s se enamorara de ella, y \u00e9l respond\u00eda: “Para m\u00ed, la Segarra tiene una fuerza impresionante, su pl\u00e1stica cautiva desde el momento en que uno se sit\u00faa aqu\u00ed.” Palabras que Josefina Magri\u00f1\u00e0 y Miquel Torres recogen en el cat\u00e1logo de la exposici\u00f3n que se hizo con motivo del d\u00e9cimo aniversario de su muerte.<\/p>\n Artista pict\u00f3rico, acostumbrado a dibujar, a grabar y a pintar los paisajes de la Segarra, es llamado el pintor de la Segarra. Sus pinturas, de pinceladas duras, con los ocres dominantes y una gama de colores intensos, recogen magistralmente la dureza y aspereza de estos paisajes y de sus gentes.<\/p>\n Particip\u00f3 en muchas exposiciones individuales y tambi\u00e9n colectivas. En los a\u00f1os 60 se especializ\u00f3 en el sector de las artes gr\u00e1ficas y trabaj\u00f3 en la discogr\u00e1fica de Barcelona Belter, donde su afici\u00f3n por la fotograf\u00eda y sus conocimientos art\u00edsticos hicieron que destacara r\u00e1pidamente en el tecnoarte.<\/p>\n Aparte de la obra pict\u00f3rica, Josep M. Mir\u00f3 i Rosinach tambi\u00e9n tiene una importante colecci\u00f3n de fotograf\u00edas.
